Kingdom Cares ("we," "our," or "us") operates the Kingdom Cares mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our App. Please read this policy carefully.
By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

Location data is not collected when the App is closed. Background location is only active for drivers during an in-progress ride.
Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store raw credit card numbers on our servers. We retain your ride payment history for receipt and dispute resolution purposes.
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in these circumstances:
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active. Anonymised ride history is retained for legal and safety compliance after account deletion. Payment records are retained as required by applicable financial regulations.
You can delete your account directly within the App at any time by navigating to your Profile and selecting "Delete Account." Upon deletion:

We use industry-standard encryption (HTTPS/TLS) for all data transmitted between the App and our servers. Passwords are stored as bcrypt hashes. Payment data is tokenized by Stripe and never stored on our servers.
The App is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us immediately.
